DOES MENOPAUSE SOLUTIONS SEE WOMEN OF ALL AGES? 
Yes! Whether you’re having menopausal issues or not, Menopause Solutions can address your healthcare needs.

 IF I HAVE SEVERAL HEATH CONCERNS OR HEALTH GOALS, CAN I DISCUSS THEM AT ONE VISIT? 
Yes. We will have ample time to discuss your concerns. This is a time for you. You can ask Menopause Solutions anything. She has a lot to share. 

DOES DR. EUSTIS PRESCRIBE HORMONE THERAPY? 
Yes. Menopause Solution's expertise includes prescribing appropriate hormone therapy, including bioidentical hormones, to safely and effectively address your needs. 

CAN I BE TREATED FOR MENOPAUSAL ISSUES WITHOUT USING HORMONE THERAPY? 
Absolutely. Menopause Solutions is a leading specialist in treating women for menopausal issues who cannot use hormone therapy due to medical reasons or choose not to use hormone therapy out of personal preference. 

DOES MENOPAUSE SOLUTIONS TAKE INSURANCE? 
Menopause Solutions does not take insurance. We believe that by eliminating the middleman, or the insurance company, we provide better care directly to you. This means a more efficient office and more time for you. You may still use your insurance for any referrals, labs, or other tests ordered by the providers. We will provide the paperwork so you can file a claim for the visit.

CAN I PAY WITH MY HEALTH SAVING ACCOUNT (HSA) OR FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT (FSA)?
Yes, you may pay with your HSA or FSA card, but we suggest you confirm with your plan prior to your visit.

HOW DO I GET REIMBURSED FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY?
We will provide you with a superbill (invoice) at the conclusion of your visit and you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement. Typically, your insurance will apply these charges to your out-of-network benefits. We cannot guarantee out-of-network reimbursement and we suggest you discuss this with your insurance provider prior to your visit.

WHAT ABOUT REFERRALS, LABS, MAMMOGRAMS, AND PRESCRIPTIONS?
The orders will be coordinated by our office for you. Referrals, labs (including your Pap smear), mammograms, and other imaging, and prescriptions will still be covered by your insurance according to the terms of your policy, just as it has been for you in the past.

CAN I BE SEEN AT MENOPAUSE SOLUTIONS IF I HAVE MEDICARE?
Yes. For Medicare patients, you will sign a waiver declaring that neither you nor Menopause Solutions will directly bill Medicare for your professional services. Medicare will generally cover most laboratory testing, imaging, and medications ordered by our office as stipulated by your Medicare plan.

DOES Menopause Solutions offer TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENTS?
Yes. Dr. Eustis and Dr. Leach, NP will see you in the office or by telehealth, depending upon your needs and preference.

Am I limited to one Provider ?
No. As a patient of Menopause Solutions, both Dr. Eustis and Dr. Leach, NP will be able to see you regardless of the provider you see

How often will I need to be seen?
Patients are usually seen 1-2 times per year, and will have the ability to communicate through the patient portal without any additional charge.

The visit will include an assessment of concerns and health goals, a complete review, and discussion of health history, a comprehensive assessment of health risks, as well as a complete physical exam (if in the office), a review of results, lab, and imaging orders and prescriptions.

Payment is due in full at the time of service. Services are considered out of network with all plans. Superbill for patient filing will be provided at the time of payment, when applicable. Medicare/Medicaid filing is not permitted.

ANNUAL ADMINISTRATIVE FEE
EFFECTIVE MAY 1, 2022                                                                                     $49

Beginning May 1, we will be adding a yearly administrative fee of $49 to cover administrative costs associated with tasks such as sending lab orders, refilling prescriptions and chart maintenance outside of appointment times.
